Stylized Fantasy 3D PBR Asset for Games: Wood Witch House

With this bundle you will get everything you need to put the asset in engine, make it work and forget about it! The 3D model of the house is only 1396 polygons, plus the optional pet's house (108 polys) and the decorative terrain (360 polys). As bonus you'll get the textures that I've created and used to make the engravings on the door stone frame. The native resolution in which the textures were baked and painted is 4096 so don't worry about low-resolution quality! In addiction, the base color texture is painted with some atmospheric lighting, so it works fine even without addictional textures (may be useful if you are creating a mobile game!). You are absolutely free to use it in any commercial project, but remember that the model is under Creative Commons License protection, so you basically need to follow 2 simple rules: 1, credit me as the artist behind this asset, and 2, don't skip rule n.1 just by doing changes at the model or the textures. :) This been said, I hope you appreciate the effort I've put behind this work to push its quality.
